The Unknown

They don’t know you enough,

So they’ll stop you –

From knowing,
From flying,
From exploring,
From glowing.

Then, someday, maybe they’ll know –

That you already knew,
That albeit their stopping, you anyways flew,
That those walls weren’t strong enough to keep you, you explored,
That with the burning, raging fire inside, you still glow,

“What’s the reason”, they ask.
They still don’t know you enough.
